Your annual subscription payment will be billed to you on a recurrent basis each year a month prior to the anniversary date of your subscription, until you choose to cancel your subscription. Your cancellation, for financial and legal reasons, must be made by you personally or a person you have authorized to do it for you. The request must be made by a communication method which can be confirmed and verified to protect your privacy.

Your monthly subscription you can cancel at any time without any cancellation penalty. Cancellation requests should be made by direct contact communication written or by phone. Residual overrides of payments a member has already made to his or her membership, excluding the month that the cancellation is requested, will be refunded promptly, no questions asked.
